NYDFS ISSUES “PRE-PROPOSED OUTREACH” FOR AMENDMENTS TO ITS LANDMARK CYBERSECURITY REGULATION

NYDFS issued what it called a  “Pre-Proposed Outreach” for Proposed Amendments to Its Cybersecurity Regulation.  The changes are significant and in some sense more prescriptive.
