DOJ EXTENDS MONITORSHIP AT DEUTSCHE BANK

The U.S. Department of Justice extended the monitorship it had imposed on Deutsche Bank.   Some takeaways: DOJ found that Deutsche Bank violated a 2021 Deferred Prosecution Agreement relating to FCPA matters.
